Our 30-day guarantee
Not happy with our service? Tell us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund our fee.
In plain terms:
- Before we file: you can cancel any time before you sign and we submit your filing. Contact us and we'll work out a refund with you. Fees we've already paid to others for you, such as the official name search, can't be refunded.
- After we file: if our service fell short, tell us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund our fee — what you paid Foundero itself — our formation fee and any plan fee, after any discount, with the tax on them. Government filing fees and other fees already paid to others can't be refunded.
- Changing your mind after we file isn't covered.
- Renewals: we refund a renewal if you ask within 14 days of the charge and haven't signed, created or changed anything in Foundero since it renewed.
- How to ask: email support@foundero.ai with what happened and the date of your purchase.
If you already received your incorporation documents, a refund won't undo your registration — you keep those documents, and the rest of your Foundero workspace pauses until you reopen it for $99/yr.
This guarantee applies to purchases made on or after October 22, 2026. If you bought before then, the guarantee you agreed to when you bought still applies — you can read it here.
