Try Foundero for 60 days. If you're not satisfied with our service, we'll refund our service fee.
The part others bury, in plain terms:
- Before we submit your filing to the government, you can get a full refund — any reason, no questions.
- After submission, your company is registered and the government fees are spent, so those aren't refundable. If our service falls short in your first 60 days, we'll refund our service fee. Simply changing your mind after your company is registered isn't covered.
If you already received your incorporation documents, a refund won't undo your registration — you keep those documents, and the rest of your Foundero workspace pauses until you reopen it for $99/yr.
