Before we submit your filing to the government, you can get a full refund — any reason, no questions.
After submission, government fees already paid are outside our guarantee. If our service falls short, contact us within 60 days of purchase for a service-fee refund. Simply changing your mind after your company is registered isn't covered.

If you already received your incorporation documents, a refund won't undo your registration — you keep those documents, and the rest of your Foundero workspace pauses until you reopen it for $99/yr.
